• Bai Jie Zi 6-9g Intensly acrid and warm, with the distinct ability to penetrate the yin and restore movement to the yang. It enters and warms the Lungs, regualtes qi, adn expels phlegm.
• Zi Su Zi 6-9g Directs Lung qi downward and thereby stops the coughing. Acrid, aromatic and warm, excells at directing rebellious qi downward. This disperses phlegm and calms wheezing. Also moistens and facilitates bowel movement.
• Lai Fu Zi 6-9g Enters Lung channel to direct qi downward and transform phlegm, and mobilizes the Spleen to promote spleen qi and reduce harbored food.
